Why is MediMobile Messaging free? Secure HIPAA compliant messaging was created for MediMobile customers and embedded in the MedMobile application. Our customers have the need to communicate with non-MediMobile customers therefore we created MediMobile Messaging. MediMobile Messaging allows non-MediMobile customers to use Secure HIPAA compliant messaging allowing them to communicate with anyone using MediMobile or MediMobile Messaging. Why was MediMobile Messaging Created? Many providers use the texting feature on their phone to communicate with other providers. MediMobile Messaging was original created to allow MediMobile customers to quickly message with each other, without violating HIPAA. The need quickly arose for our customers to communicate with non-MediMobile customers. We listened to our customers and being the best partners possible, we created MediMobile Messaging. This allows non-MediMobile customers to use Secure HIPAA compliant messaging to communicate with anyone using MediMobile or MediMobile Messaging.
What are the capabilities of MediMobile Messaging? Our messaging works just like the texting feature on your phone, but it is secure. Our goal is to replace "open" texting with Secure, HIPAA compliant messaging. Users can text, send group messages and attach photos. Many other features are available and we add additional capabilities on a regular basis.
Do I have to be a MediMobile customer to use? No. MediMobile Messaging is offered for Free to non-MediMobile customers. There are no restrictions or additional fees.
Can I message with MediMobile Customers? Yes, MediMobile Messaging can communicate with MediMobile users or MediMobile Messaging Users.
If I am a MediMobile Customer, can I use MediMobile Messaging? Yes, although MediMobile Messaging is embedded into MediMobile all MediMobile Customers can use the "stand-alone" app, MediMobile Messaging. It is not necessary to sign up for an account, MediMobile customers can use their regular MediMobile login to access MediMobile Messaging.

What devices can I use MediMobile Messaging on? You can access MediMobile Messaging on any web enabled computer or device. We have also created native applications (installable) for iPhone, iPad, Android Devices.
Is MediMobile Messaging included with MediMobile? Yes, MediMobile Messaging is embedded within MediMobile. All MediMobile customers can use either the full MediMobile application (with MediMobile Messaging) or use MediMobile Messaging stand-alone application. MediMobile customers can use the same log in with both.
